Track Saw Guide Rail End Caps – Makita & Festool | Clamp-Compatible

Protect exposed guide rail ends while keeping clamp access open. These low-profile end caps follow the rail profile to create smoother transitions for vacuum hoses and power cords during setup and cutting.

Compatibility

Confirmed fit: Makita, Festool, and Powertec guide rails.

Free beta-fit program: WEN, Grizzly, and Triton rail owners may be eligible for a free set in exchange for fit confirmation and photos. Contact Huntington Builds with the rail brand, model, and a clear photo of the end profile.

Not supported: Kreg guide rails.

Milwaukee: Milwaukee uses a different rail profile and requires a separate Milwaukee-specific end cap. Its product page will be added when the listing and photos are ready.

Material & Construction

• 3D printed in PETG performance filament
• Layer orientation chosen for durability
• Printed and inspected in-house in Huntington Beach, California

Minor layer lines are normal for a 3D-printed part and do not affect fit or normal use.

What's Included

Each set includes two HB Precision Guide Rail End Caps: one left and one right. Guide rail, track saw, and clamps are not included.

Why Add End Caps?

Exposed rail ends can be bumped, collect debris, and catch a hose or cord. These caps give compatible rails a finished, protected end while preserving clamp-channel access.
