Track saw rails can look similar while differing where a storage mount engages them. Start with the brand and model printed on your rail or saw system.
For compatible Makita, Festool, Milwaukee, Powertec, Kreg ACS, WEN, Triton, and Grizzly rails. Kreg Accu-Cut is not supported.

Dedicated mounts for the TrackSawGuide 1409. Its Short Track Bracket is different from the Universal version.
Shop Milescraft mounts
Dedicated fit for supported Bosch GKT and FSN rails and Mafell MT55cc. These systems do not have a short track.

Dedicated holder for the PTS01 system and A73TS01 and A73TS02 guide rails. No Short Track Bracket is offered.

No-latch spring geometry
The rail mount began with a workshop question: could a holder work without adding a latch, toggle, or separate moving part?
The answer came through repeated physical revisions. The curved body became the spring, flexing as the rail enters and returning to hold it in place. The geometry is the mechanism.

Place the brackets where the rail needs support and keep it away from leaning stacks and busy work surfaces.
Plan for: suitable customer-supplied fasteners and a secure mounting structure.
Use open panel space while keeping the rail clear of hinges, tracks, hardware, and normal door movement.

Protect exposed rail ends
Low-profile end caps protect compatible guide rail ends during storage, handling, and setup while keeping clamp access in mind.
From identification to installation
The mount supports the rail on the side opposite the splinter guard, so the stored railās weight does not rest on the splinter guard. Confirm structural attachment and moving-door clearances before use.
Confirmed fit
This guide distinguishes the Universal mount from rail-specific designs and flags systems without a short-rail option.

Common questions
No single mount should be assumed to fit every guide rail. Rail profiles differ between brands and sometimes between systems from the same brand. Use the compatibility guide and choose a dedicated mount where listed.
These configurations are intended for compatible sectional garage doors. The setup depends on door construction, attachment points, rail length, fasteners, and operating clearance. Confirm that the door moves freely before regular use.
A short guide rail may not span the attachment points available on a sectional garage door. The Short Track Bracket provides another arrangement for those shorter sections. The Milescraft, Ridgid and Universal versions are different products.

The Universal mount supports Kreg ACS rails. It does not support Kreg Accu-Cut rails.
Each bracket includes two 3/4-inch self-tapping sheet-metal screws for appropriate sheet-metal installations. The customer supplies hardware for walls, wood, masonry, and other mounting surfaces.
The mounts are designed for fixed workshop surfaces and compatible garage-door installations. They are not designed for storage in moving vehicles.
