The Ryobi PTS01 deserves a mount that actually works with it — not a multi-brand bracket that almost fits. These mounts are precision-modeled to Ryobi guide rail geometry. Drop the rail in, lift it out. That's it.

✔ No Latches. No Toggles. No Fiddling.

The spring retention is built into the geometry of a single printed piece — no metal springs, no moving parts to break or lose. One handed. Every time.

✔ Track Saw Wall Mount or Garage Door Mount

Designed for fixed installation on a wall, flat panel, or sectional garage door — yes, even when the door moves overhead. Confirm that the rail and nearby equipment have safe clearance through the door's full travel.

✔ Precision-Modeled for Ryobi PTS01

Not a one-size-fits-all bracket with a shim. The geometry is specific to the Ryobi guide rail profile — it fits because it was designed to fit.

✔ Single-Piece Print. No Moving Metal Parts.

The spring is engineered flex built into the print itself. Nothing to assemble, nothing to rust, nothing to snap off.

✔ Hardware Included

Two 3/4" self-tapping sheet-metal screws are included per bracket for appropriate sheet-metal installations. For walls, wood, masonry, or other mounting surfaces, supply fasteners suited to the structure.

✔ Shop Tested. Customer Proven.

Thousands of cycles on our own shop mounts. Thousands of units sold. Five-star reviewed. Yes, it's 3D printed — and thousands of units in the field have shown how well the design holds up in daily shop use.

HOW MANY BRACKETS DO I NEED? (per track)

  • 2 Standard Brackets per track — the right choice for rails up to 55" (1397 mm) on a wall or flat-panel garage door, and for rails from 28–55" (711–1397 mm) on a sectional garage door. You need two mounting points within the span of each rail.
  • 3 Standard Brackets per track — recommended for rails over 55" (1397 mm). Longer rails benefit from a center support point.
  • Rail under 28" (711 mm) on a sectional garage door — Ryobi does not have a Short Track Bracket. Two Standard Brackets can work only when two door supports line up within the rail span. If they do not, contact us with the rail length and a photo of the mounting area before ordering.

Use the Bracket Calculator to choose your mounting surface, number of rails, and rail lengths. The calculator now includes the Ryobi short-rail support check.

Ryobi uses Standard Brackets only; no Ryobi Short Track version is available.

CONFIRMED COMPATIBILITY

Compatible with the Ryobi PTS01 18V ONE+ HP Brushless Track Saw guide rail system, including A73TS01 and A73TS02 guide rails.

If your Ryobi model is not listed, contact Huntington Builds before ordering.

INSTALLATION

  1. Orient correctly — Mount with the molded arrow pointing up. The bracket cradles the rail from below. The rail rests on the side opposite the splinter guard, so its weight does not rest on the guard. If the rail won't stay put, you've got it upside down — flip it.
  2. Mark your mounting points — Keep everything level. When mounting into a garage door, a quick center-punch tap keeps the self-tapping screws from walking on the metal surface.
  3. Drive your screws — Snug is enough. Do not overtighten — you'll snap the screw or strip the sheet metal before you improve the hold.
  4. Test before loading — Snap the rail in and out a few times unloaded before trusting it with your full rail. Confirm that a moving door or nearby equipment has safe clearance.

CHOOSE YOUR OPTION

  • 2 Standard Brackets — includes two brackets for one typical rail setup. Two screws are included per bracket.
  • 3 Standard Brackets — recommended for rails over 55" (1397 mm).
  • 1 Standard Bracket (Add-on) — dial in the exact count for one or multiple rails.

Standard Brackets work in tandem — order two per rail for most setups and three for rails over 55". Need an odd number across multiple rails? Use the add-on.

No Short Track Bracket is available for Ryobi rails.

⚠️ Important Safety Notice

These brackets are designed for fixed mounting surfaces only — walls, garage doors, and overhead shop structures. Not for use in moving vehicles.
